Meir Peer

Founder

Originally from Queens, New York, Meir began his path in finance on Wall Street in 2009. After holding different banking and investment roles with JP Morgan and Santander, he moved to the United Kingdom in 2015 and it was then he was first introduced to the booming local property market. After quickly climbing the ladder in a variety of roles working for short-term property finance lenders, Meir deepened his knowledge by cultivating relationships with some of the best individuals in the UK property market. After the looming uncertainty in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, Meir decided flexibility for himself and his client base would be the best path forward and Redi Finance was founded on that same concept – flexibility. With over £12m of property finance provided in Redi’s first full year, the thought process always remained the same – providing exceptional personal service, regardless of the borrowers experience or loan size. When Meir is not focusing on building and maintaining the relationships that keep Redi Finance ticking, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, obsessing over Liverpool Football Club, and trying new food from around the globe!
